📅 Date range affected: April 2026 – present

❗ Issue: The multi-payer status on treatment reports could show "Secondary ready to submit" after the secondary claim had already been sent, and could stay on "Secondary awaiting primary" after a visit was paid. Multi-payer statuses now stay in step with the secondary claim, and existing treatment reports have been corrected.

🚀 New Feature - Mark Claims and EDI Items as Reviewed


👥 Audience: Billers / Admins

🛠️ Steps to Access: On the ERA claim details, EDI 837Ps, and EDI claim statuses pages.

📢 What's new?: These pages now make it easy to see which items you have already handled. You can mark items as reviewed with a checkbox, mark a whole page at once, and filter each list by reviewed status.

🛠️ Fix - Diagnosis Code Search Works Correctly


👥 Audience: Therapists, Admins

❗ Issue: Searching the Diagnosis codes page could stop it from loading and show an error instead of the results.

✅ Action Steps: No action needed. Searching the Diagnosis codes page now works as expected.
